Citrus grandis is one of the main crops of Donghe Township in Taitung County. Besides selling the fruit itself, the flowers that smell fragrant give additional value to the fruit. For example, during the flowering season, there will be a festive event to appreciate the flowers and taste the tea made from citrus grandis. These festivities make local crops an expression of cultural creativity.

Not only does citrus grandis taste sweet but it also contains vitamin C and dietary fiber, which can improve digestion. However, beware of overeating, because it can generate flatulence and cause diarrhea.
